Confidence In Tinubu: ‘We Trust Tinubu’s Positive-Vision For Nigeria, Says Anglican-Bishop (Text)

The Anglican Bishop of Ijesa North, Ijebu Jesa, Osun state, Dr. Isaac Oluyamo has urged Nigerians to pray for President Bola Tinubu, insisting that his good plans will yield for the country.

Oluyamo in a statement on Sunday, July 7, disclosed this during the opening service of the diocesan synod where he hosted Chancellor of the Diocese, Chief Adeleke Agbola.

He allayed the anxiety of Nigerians over hardship noting that the steps taken by Tinubu will profit households later.

He said: “We are aware that Nigeria is currently facing its worst economic crisis in a generation, causing widespread hardship and frustration. Nevertheless, we have confidence in the President’s good plans for our nation Nigeria.

“We urge Nigerians, especially Christians, to continue praying for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s success in accomplishing these plans. Soon, God will restore the lost glory of this nation and all Nigerians will rejoice and sing a new song of victory.”

He urged federal, state, and local governments, as well as the private sector, to invest in modern agriculture, particularly modern technologies to boost agriculture and maximize the benefits of agriculture nationwide.
