A source within the commission confirmed to Freedom Radio Kano that Murja is currently in EFCC custody.

The EFCC has recently intensified its crackdown on individuals engaged in indiscriminate money spraying at social events, such as parties and celebrations.

In a related development, the commission also arrested other TikTok influencers, including Al’amin G-Fresh and Ashir Idris, on similar charges.

As of now, neither the EFCC nor Murja Ibrahim Kunya’s legal representatives have issued an official statement regarding the matter.
