EFCC Storms Benin City: 13 Alleged Internet Scammers Caught Red-Handed In Benin
Operatives from the Benin Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have apprehended 13 individuals suspected of engaging in internet fraud in Benin City, Edo State.

According to Oyewale, the arrests were made following credible intelligence reports linking the suspects to online fraudulent activities. During the operation, officials recovered five luxury vehicles and several mobile phones from the suspects.
Oyewale added, “The suspects have provided useful statements and will be charged to court once investigations are concluded.”
