Hacking Incident: VeryDarkMan Reports N180 Million Stolen

In an Instagram video released on Friday, Otse explained that the funds had been transferred to an unidentified account.

“I haven’t been myself lately,” he said. “Someone hacked into the NGO’s website, and N180 million is missing. Fortunately, we’ve tracked the hacker, and one suspect has already been arrested.”

He noted that the account is now flagged with a Post No Debit (PND) status, with only ₦20 million left while ₦160 million has been diverted. “We’re traveling to Jos to try to recover the missing funds.

Otse also mentioned that the NGO’s app has been temporarily taken offline for maintenance to prevent further breaches and assured followers that updates on the recovery efforts would be shared soon.

In October, he launched the Martins Vincent Osei Initiative, which quickly raised over ₦35 million in donations. Shortly thereafter, music producer Michael Collins Ajereh, known as Don Jazzy, contributed ₦100 million to support the initiative.
