High Chief, Prof Etim Nyong Felicitates With Ayade On Joining APC, Says Its The Dawn Of A New Era

Calabar: Top APC chieftain and Professor of Petroleum Geology, High Chief, Prof. Eyo Etim Nyong has welcomed the Governor of Cross Rivers State, Professor Ben Ayade into the APC.

High Chief Nyong described Governor Ayade’s entrance into the APC as the dawn of a new era and called on other PDP Governors to join hands with the APC to make Nigeria a better and prosperous Nation.

In a statement made available to the press In Calabar, the popular Cross Rivers politician acknowledged the courage and bravely of Prof Ben Ayade in bringing the State into mainstream politics.

“On behalf of myself and my political family, I sincerely congratulate Your Excellency, Senator Prof. Ben Ayade the Governor of Cross Rivers State for joining our great party, the All Progressive Congress.

Your joining hands with the APC and President Buhari is a sure path to peace, good governance and speedily development.

We are more than excited that today Cross Rivers State has joined the mainstream progressive fold and we hope and pray that your leadership of the party would Fastrack development and growth for the benefit of the citizens of Cross Rivers State.”

The former governorship aspirant noted that Ayade was joining hands with Buhari and the APC at a time Nigeria needs the collective efforts of all and sundry to deliver good governance to the people of Nigeria and assuage the populace of an indivisible country that is safe for all citizens irrespective of tribe, religion or any other affiliations.
