TikTok content creator Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, popularly known as Jarvis, has explained why she cut her hair ahead of her wedding to fellow social media personality Peller, dismissing speculation that the decision was connected to any traditional marriage ritual.

According to IREPORTERONLINE, Jarvis and Peller traditionally tied the knot on August 1, 2026, before holding their white wedding on Saturday, August 8.

In a video shared on her social media page, Jarvis explained that she decided to cut her hair based on advice from her hairstylist, who recommended the move to achieve a better result with her hair installation.

The content creator said she had struggled with her hair because of its texture, particularly around the front area, which affected how well her frontal installation sat.

Jarvis expressed happiness over the completion of the wedding ceremonies and said she was proud of herself and her husband.

However, Jarvis dismissed the pregnancy rumours, explaining that the changes in her appearance were linked to a previous surgical procedure.

During a recent livestream, the content creator revealed that she had undergone surgery involving her jawline, which affected the appearance of her face.
