Kogi Governor Ododo Seek For Political Unity To Enhance Kogi’s Growth
Kogi State Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has called on citizens from all political backgrounds to unite in support of his administration to drive the state’s development. Speaking at a reception celebrating his Supreme Court victory, Ododo highlighted Kogi’s vast mineral resources and emphasized that unity is crucial for harnessing these potentials.
Ododo urged residents to contribute to the state’s progress, stressing that despite political differences, collective effort is essential for Kogi’s advancement. He praised the previous administration under Alhaji Yahaya Bello for establishing a strong foundation and expressed his commitment to prioritizing the welfare of Kogi’s people.
In addition, Ododo encouraged Nigerians to support President Bola Tinubu in his efforts to revitalize the nation’s economy. The governor also noted that he is open to advice and cooperation to help realize the state’s development goals.
APC Chairman Abdullahi Bello also urged Ododo to extend a welcoming hand to former party members who had left, promoting reconciliation and unity within the party.
