May Day: Moses Omo-Ikirodah Praises The Tenacity of Nigerian Workers, Says Better Days Are Ahead
Engr Moses Omo-Ikirodah, a frontrunner for the PDP House of Representatives in the Etsako West Federal Constituency, has praised Nigerian workers’ tenacity in the face of economic adversity.
The young politician urged Nigerian workers not to be discouraged by the country’s current economic troubles, but rather to put their hearts and souls into their job, and they will certainly succeed.
The following is a portion of his May Day message:
“I honestly utilize this day to honor our nation’s workers; they have made us proud, and the country’s growth and progress would not be complete without them.”
I applaud their fortitude and unwavering commitment to providing services to many sectors; your commitment to duty, despite the severe economic challenges we face in our country, is commendable, and your courage is invaluable.”
Moses also encouraged the workers to hold out hope for better days ahead.
“Every worker is entitled to higher salaries and suitable recompense in order to meet their obligations. Every worker is entitled to respect and the right to live a dignified life. Better days are on the way, and I wish all of the dedicated workers a happy May Day.”
