Miyetti Allah Calls For Action Against Lakurawa Terrorists Amid Escalating Attacks

In a statement from its Kebbi State Chapter, signed by Secretary Abubakar Lamido, Miyetti Allah condemned recent attacks linked to the group. Lamido revealed that Lakurawa terrorists have extorted pastoralists, forcing payments called “Zakat,” and have seized livestock and large sums of money from Fulani cattle herders in the Augie area.
The group stated that Lakurawa members are involved in international criminal activities, often operating with sophisticated weapons in areas near the Nigeria-Niger border, and has called on the government to take swift action to address the group’s activities and provide aid to affected communities.
