Moses Omo-Ikirodah Hails Nigerian Workers On May Day, Urges Optimism And Dedication To Duty
On May 1st, Nigerians across the country celebrate Workers’ Day, also known as Labour Day, in recognition of the contributions of workers to the growth and development of the nation’s economy.
In commemoration of this day, Moses Omo-Ikirodah, a prominent Nigerian businessman and philanthropist, has sent his best wishes to Nigerian workers, hailing their resilience, tolerance, and dedication to duty.
In a statement released to the press, Omo-Ikirodah praised Nigerian workers for their unwavering commitment to their duties, despite the many challenges they face.
He acknowledged that workers in Nigeria have to contend with a host of problems, including low pay, poor working conditions, and inadequate infrastructure. Nevertheless, he urged them to remain optimistic and continue doing their best in playing their quarter to the growth and development of Nigeria.
“Today, as we celebrate Nigerian workers on this auspicious occasion of May Day, I want to use this opportunity to commend their resilience, tolerance, and dedication to duty,” Omo-Ikirodah said.
“Nigerian workers are some of the most hardworking and diligent people you will find anywhere in the world, and they have contributed immensely to the growth and development of our great nation.
Workers are the engine that drives the economy. They are the backbone of our nation, and without their hard work, dedication, and sacrifice, we would not have achieved the progress we have made so far,” he said.
“As we celebrate this day, let us remember the sacrifices that workers have made, and continue to make, for the growth and development of our beloved country.”
Finally, Omo-Ikirodah advised Nigerian workers to be focused, hardworking, and committed to their jobs, reminding them that their contributions are valued and appreciated.
“I want to urge Nigerian workers to remain focused, diligent, and committed to their duties. I want them to know that their contributions are valued and appreciated,” he said.
“Nigeria has great potential, and with the resilience, determination, and hard work of our workers, we can achieve even greater heights.”
