NCC Seeks Stakeholder Input On Updated Telecom Regulations

With an open invitation to stakeholders to contribute their insights and perspectives, the NCC seeks to foster a collaborative environment where diverse voices come together to influence regulatory excellence and innovation in the telecom sector.
Dr. Reuben Muoka, the Director of Public Affairs, presented the draft regulations, highlighting key amendments aimed at enhancing the telecommunications landscape. In anticipation of scheduled meetings on May 21 and May 22, 2024, the NCC extended an invitation to stakeholders to participate in discussions at its headquarters in Abuja.
The NCC emphasized the importance of stakeholders’ contributions, likening their input to valuable gems that enrich the discourse on matters of public interest. As the deadline for submissions approaches on May 10, 2024, stakeholders are encouraged to share their insights and ideas with the Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC.
To facilitate submissions, stakeholders are invited to send soft copies via email to msyusuf@ncc.gov.ng and cwhyte@ncc.gov.ng. The NCC expressed eagerness to receive submissions and emphasized its commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration through constructive dialogue.
