The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has once again reaffirmed its commitment to infrastructural transformation with the commissioning of the fully reconstructed 23.7 km Ndoro-Ntalakwu and its adjoining road network in Abia State. The unveiling of this significant project was carried out by the Honorable Minister of Regional Development, Engr.
