Abubakar Eshiokpekha Momoh, the Obada of Okpe Kingdom, who has been given a new role by President Tinubu as the Minister of Regional Development from the Ministry of Niger Delta Development.

According to the Olokpe of Okpe, “I am using this medium to congratulate the friend of Okpe, Engr Abubakar Momoh, the Obaba of Okpe Kingdom, for being part of the ongoing Renewed Hope of President Bola Tinubu. Within one year in office as the Minister of Niger Delta Ministry, Momoh has demonstrated capacity, wisdom, capability and innovation in addressing some of the challenges the Niger-Delta region is faced with. This has merited the president handing him a larger mandate as the Minister of Regional Development.

“You have a larger platform now to make your previous performance known in other regions. This new role is a demonstration of trust and confidence the President has reposed in you, I am convinced you will do better.

“I pray, with all sons and daughters of Okpe Kingdom that Allah, in his infinite powers, will grant you more wisdom and fidelity to development to take the new ministry to greater heights.
