PDP NWC Hosts Bode George – See Photos

Former Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bode George, paid a visit to the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) on Thursday. According to reports, George praised the resilience and effective leadership of the party’s National Chairman, Kabiru Turaki (SAN), during a period marked by political challenges. He expressed confidence that the PDP would continue to overcome obstacles and ultimately achieve electoral success.

In response, Turaki welcomed George’s visit, describing his counsel as both enlightening and encouraging for the committee members. The statement noted that the engagement reflected the continued unity and strength within the party’s leadership.

Meanwhile, Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, reaffirmed his commitment to the PDP, emphasizing that he has no plans to leave the party that propelled him into office. Speaking at the Omituntun Ramadan Lecture in Ibadan, Makinde reiterated his loyalty to the party and its principles, assuring supporters that he remains steadfast in his dedication to the PDP.
