In his newly launched book, Nigeria: Past and Future, Obasanjo analyzed the leadership styles of Nigerian leaders, which included his critique of Tinubu’s administration. In response, Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Social Media, Dada Olusegun, accused Obasanjo of hypocrisy, stating that his administration failed to deliver crucial projects like the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway and neglected infrastructure development.

Olusegun also mentioned the ongoing importance of projects like the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road and the Sokoto-Badagry Highway, highlighting their potential impact on Nigeria’s economic future.
