President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Tuesday held a high-level meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, with key economic and financial figures including the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy

The meeting comes amid the recent passage of four new tax laws, signed by President Tinubu and scheduled to take effect from January 2026. According to iReporter Online, the FIRS Chairman was expected to provide the President with strategic updates regarding the implementation framework of these laws.
