State NLC Chairman, Comrade Abdullahi Aliyu Jungle, announced that the new minimum wage will take effect in January 2024, benefiting verified council workers and teachers across the state.

After a meeting with union executives, Jungle expressed the union’s support for the government’s decision, emphasizing that the wage aligns with the state’s developmental goals.
