Speed Darlington: Portable’s Wealth Doesn’t Reflect On His Appearance

According to Ireporter Online, Nigerian rapper Speed Darlington has publicly criticized fellow entertainer Portable over claims surrounding his financial status, suggesting that the singer’s perceived wealth does not match his outward appearance.

The comments were made during a livestream conversation with content creator Peller, where Speed Darlington dismissed suggestions that he should distribute his music on Audiomack. He argued that the platform offers little to no meaningful revenue for artists and maintained that his music should only be accessed through paid channels.

During the discussion, he further questioned Portable’s financial standing, implying that there is no visible evidence to support claims of his wealth. He insisted that artists who want access to his music should be prepared to pay for it, reinforcing his stance on monetization.

“I can’t see any proof of money on Portable… Anyone who wants to listen to my music must pay for it,” he said.
