Tinubu’s Headache: Busted How Wikipedia Locked Tinubu’s Profile Page Because Of Unscrupulous Attempt By Detractors (Exclusive)

Another day another drama, that is what we are currently experiencing in Nigerian today as the 2023 Presidential elections beckon.

Like I earlier stated when Tinubu goes to sleep Nigeria goes to sleep, and when Tinubu wakes up Nigeria wakes up. Since some of us have decided to be mad then let us all be mad.

Yesterday night when we ought to be resting or thinking of how to rise above the current plight we find ourselves as Nigerians the media was abuzz with how Wikipedia locked the edit settings on Tinubu’s profile after an unscrupulous attempt by some individuals in editing his age for the purpose of taking screenshots and thereafter accusing Tinubu of falsifying his age.

The funny aspect is that in politics followers tend to blindly and dumbly follow propaganda peddled in support of their interest at the detriment of a fact check.

Are you aware that anybody can edit any information on Wikipedia? All you need to do is to log in and go to the edit settings at the top of the profile.

See the screenshot below…

Above is an illustration on the profile page of Atiku, I did mine as well. Now changes you make would reflect on your dashboard briefly before Wikipedia verifies and confirms the changes.

Now Wikipedia had to lock Tinubu’s profile from unauthorised sources because of the unscrupulous attempt by traducers to malign the Jagaban.

It was a proactive attempt by Wikipedia to stop detractors from compromising their database.

Having said that let me drop a fact check. If we Nigerians agree that some of us use our brains optimally then common sense would tell you that no man can edit his age more than 80 times when he is not even up to 80 years. It is absurd when political lackeys tend to clap for what makes no sense all in the name of the enemy die die die.

Wikipedia used the term vandalism? Vandalism means

Vandalism is the action involving deliberate destruction of or damage to public or private property. The term includes property damage, such as graffiti and defacement directed towards any property without permission of the owner.

The keyword is without the “permission of the owner”. So clearly it was locked because it was without the permission of ASIJWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU.

But because some Nigerians are so intellectually bankrupt they can’t think beyond their nose so they start sharing nonsense without understanding their actions.

So what does google say about editing in Wikipedia?

“Anyone can – it’s open to all and can be modified and edited by anyone. However, Wikipedia’s administrators protect some pages from direct editing if they believe they are regularly subjected to “vandalism” – the addition of abusive language or falsehoods.”

Can you go to jail for editing Wikipedia?
“It is not a criminal act to vandalise Wikipedia. However, it is against the site’s terms of use to vandalise or otherwise cause disruption. Vandals are blocked from editing, and may also be further banned according to the terms of use.”
Finally, with the freedom of information bill, all we need to do in finding out the true age of ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU is to check the age he filled when he swore an oath when he took office as the Executive Governor of Lagos State in 1999.
He served two terms, these are public documents that can be verified but no they want us all to be mad just because there is a rumour that Tinubu is set to contest for the 2023 presidency.
When these detractors ought to be looking for an alternative to the Tinubu they say no good dem dey busy dey shout Tinubu morning, afternoon and evening as if Tinubu thief their Testicles or Kidney.
Anyway, all great men are subject to such attacks from time to time.
Good morning Tinubu, sorry I mean Good Morning Nigerians since they say Nigeria is now the Tinubu Republic. Wikipedia stop fraud dem dey vex. Goodmorning Nigerians…sorry I mean Good Morning Tinubu.

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Tuesday evening arrested a former governor of Imo State and senator representing Imo West senatorial district, Chief Rochas Okorocha, over alleged sleazes while he served as governor.

The former governor, it was learnt, was arrested in his Abuja residence by the operatives, who were said to have been on his trail for some time.

A source in the commission informed the Nigerian Tribune that the former governor was arrested following his failure to honour several invitations sent to him to report at the anti-graft agency’s headquarters in Abuja.

“EFCC resorted to his (Okorocha’s) arrest following his refusal to honour invitations sent to him. Many invitations were sent to him to report at the Abuja headquarters but he failed to do so. Before his arrest today (yesterday), our operatives have been on his trail for some days,” the source told Nigerian Tribune.

EFCC’s Head, Media and Publicity, Wilson Uwujaren, confirmed Okorocha’s arrest to Nigerian Tribune, saying that, “it is true he was arrested today. He is with us now.”

As of the time of filing this report, the former governor was still being questioned by interrogators and it is uncertain if he would be granted administrative bail to go home.

Though Uwujaren did not reveal the reason behind his arrest, sources informed that the senator had been on the anti-corruption commission’s radar since he left office in May 2019 and in July 2019, it sealed off some properties linked to the former governor, his wife and daughters in Imo State.

Group Decries Extra-Judicial Killing Of Fulani

A coalition of Fulani youth groups has called on the federal and state governments to ensure a halt to what they described as “the extra-judicial killings of Fulani in the country” by those opposed to the existence of the race.

The coalition in a communiqué after a press conference, Tuesday, in Abuja said they would not sit and watch their people labeled as miscreants and killing them like fouls in their own country.

The coalition under the aegis of Fulbe Umminobe Sukabe Development Association of Nigeria (FUSADAN) dissociated themselves from the group that reached an agreement with state governors over the recent crisis in parts of the South west.

Speaking on behalf of the group, the leader of FUSADAN, Comrade Mohammad Ardo, said of all the tribes in Nigeria, non is as law abiding as the Fulani, insisting that the stock have benefited the least from the Nigerian government.

He said the Fulani nation is fed up with being described as criminals whenever security challenges occur in the country.

“Of all the tribes in Nigeria, none is as law abiding as the Fulani but the Fulani have not benefited in any way from the Nigerian government; no schools, no place to graze, no electricity, water etc. This accusation of criminality must stop.

“Miyetti Allah is a Fulani group but they are not delivering their responsibilities, which is why the Fulani youths have gathered themselves to take a stand because they are not delivering what we want.

“A meeting was held recently in the South-west where some Fulani organisation signed and accepted an agreement that grazing should be stopped. If it was a real Fulani organisation, they wouldn’t have accepted because if the government wants us to stop, they must provide certain things for the Fulani because we have had grazing reserves before independence.

“Fulani are fully Nigerians and they have the right to travel, live and graze anywhere in Nigeria as enshrined in the Constitution of the country. Any newspaper, magazine, journal or any other news channel that uses the name ‘Fulani’ to qualify any crime or criminal should be ready to meet our lawyers in court. We say emphatically that, enough is enough of these senseless killings of innocent Fulani and their herds across the South-West and South-east states of the country.”
