Today’s Dollar To Naira Exchange Rate – February 27, 2026
According to Ireporter Online, the black market, also known as the parallel market or Aboki FX, recorded notable fluctuations in the Dollar to Naira exchange rate on Thursday, February 26, 2026. Traders in Lagos reported selling a dollar for ₦1,380, while buying at ₦1,360.
Authorities, including the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), do not recognize the parallel market. The CBN has advised individuals seeking foreign exchange to transact through authorized banks and Bureau De Change (BDC) operators.
For official reference, the CBN rate for the Dollar to Naira on the same day ranged between ₦1,356 and ₦1,362. Observers have noted that actual rates may vary, depending on the specific BDC or location.
