Wike Dismisses Fubara’s Letter To Rivers Assembly Regarding Supreme Court Verdict as ‘Useless’

The letter, which sought an audience with the lawmakers, was criticized by Wike, who emphasized that Speaker Martins Amaewhule and other members of the House are not subordinates to Fubara. He argued that they deserve respect and should not be approached in such a manner. Instead of publicly issuing a letter, Wike suggested that Fubara should have directly contacted Amaewhule and the House members to schedule a meeting.
