In Spain, the window will remain open until midnight local time (11 p.m. GMT), while in Italy, Serie A clubs have until 2 a.m. CET on February 4 to finalize their deals. Bundesliga clubs must conclude their transactions by 6 p.m. CET (5 p.m. GMT).
