Wizkid & Asake Step Out To ‘Jogodo’ — Fans React

Two of Afrobeats’ biggest stars, Wizkid and Asake, have unveiled a new collaborative single titled ‘Jogodo’, marking their first major release of the New Year. According to Ireporter Online, the track was released as a lead offering ahead of their highly anticipated joint extended play, ‘REAL, Vol. 1’, scheduled to drop on January 23, 2026.

Jogodo’ introduces the sonic direction of the upcoming project, seamlessly fusing Wizkid’s smooth, globally influenced sound with Asake’s energetic, street-inspired style. The collaboration has already generated excitement among fans, with many describing the track as a strong statement of intent for the duo’s forthcoming body of work.
