Nigerian skit maker Peller has urged Nigerians to strike a balance between working hard and enjoying the rewards of their labour, stressing that life should not be entirely devoted to making money.

Peller, who is currently on honeymoon with his wife, Jarvis, gave the advice while emphasising the importance of taking vacations and creating memorable experiences while alive.

According to Ireporter Online, the content creator referenced the situation surrounding the late Destiny Boy’s sister, who he claimed had been taking her brother’s phone to different places in an effort to unlock it and gain access to his funds.

Peller said the development highlights how quickly attention can shift to a deceased person’s possessions and finances after their death.

He therefore encouraged people to enjoy the wealth they work for rather than postponing all their happiness and leaving their accumulated resources for others to spend after they are gone.

The skit maker explained that his decision to take his wife on a honeymoon was part of his belief that people should deliberately make time to enjoy life.

He said many people, particularly Africans, spend most of their lives working without taking sufficient time to relax, travel or create lasting memories.

Peller maintained that enjoying the fruits of one’s labour while alive is important, urging Nigerians not to wait until old age before experiencing the benefits of their hard work.
