According to reports, the disagreement escalated, leading Abubakar Isa to allegedly stab Adamu Isa with a knife, striking him on the neck close to the throat. The severity of the wound resulted in Adamu’s immediate death, tragically ending his life before he could receive medical attention.

Confirming the heartbreaking incident, SP Ahmed Wakili, the spokesperson for the Bauchi State Police Command, disclosed that the Ningi Police Division received a distress call from retired DSP Kasuwa Isa, the father of the deceased. The distraught father reported the stabbing, prompting swift action from law enforcement authorities.

Wakili further stated, “On receiving the complaint, the DPO of Ningi Division led a team of detectives to the scene of the incident and evacuated the victim to the General Hospital in Ningi, where he was certified dead by a medical doctor.”

The suspect, Abubakar Isa, was promptly apprehended and is currently in police custody as investigations into the tragic incident continue.
