Tinubu’s Spokesman Ngelale Sparks Renewable Energy Revolution With NASENI Collaboration!Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Presidential Envoy on Climate Action (SPEC) and spokesperson to President Bola Tinubu, has collaborated with Khalil Halilu, the Executive Vice Chairman and CEO of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), to advance the localization of the renewable energy technology value chain in Nigeria.
Ngelale provided an update on his activities, stating, “I met with NASENI EVC/CEO, Mr. Khalil Halilu, and we aligned our approaches to bolster Nigeria’s efforts to localize renewable energy technology value chains.”
He emphasized that their collaborative approach aligns with President Bola Tinubu’s team-centered strategy for problem-solving and service delivery, which promises significant benefits for Nigerians. “Nigerians have so much to look forward to,” Ngelale added.
Additionally, Ngelale reported meeting with Chido Munyati, the Head of Africa at the World Economic Forum, and Abir Ibrahim, Africa’s Regional Agenda Lead. They had extensive discussions on Nigeria’s value chain localization initiative and explored ways to create linkages between the Organized Private Sector in developed markets and key Nigerian public-private stakeholders to advance new wealth-creating industries supported by localized supply chains.
