A letter has officially been written to the Economic and financial crime commission to invite Engr Ferguson Enabulele over the massive fraud with funds amounting to over five billion Naira diverted to fund Ophinab apartments,………CONTINUE READING

The letter written with inputs from the ministry’s staff gave details of how the massive fraudulent practices were perpetrated under the watchful eyes of the PS.

These funds were diverted using proxy companies like Jezuwa Nig Ltd who is currently building a batching plant in conjunction with Engr Bob Enabulele, Seahawk Solutions and Logistics, Izoch Global, Afri Pacific Nigeria Limited and a host of other companies where he has vested interest along with the procurement officer Mr Omagbon.

The EFCC, in the letter, was told to do a forensic audit of road contracts awarded to these companies based on documented evidence on what was done and what was not done

Enabulele, known for victimizing ministry’s staff who are not ready to do his dirty jobs of fraud, is already running from pillar to post accusing some ministry workers of betrayal

In the next few days, Edo residents will know how the massive contract fraud took place and the reasons for failed road projects under Obaseki’s watch

Few weeks ago, a member of the Edo State House of Assembly Hon Donald Okogbe moved a motion for the PS of the ministry of roads and bridges and the MD of Skaff Engineering to be invited to explain why the Sobe road commissioned barely two months ago is already failing when heavy duty trucks do not ply the route. As a result of the known fraud on that road project, the speaker Blessing Agbebaku told members he was going to speak to the contractor and the PS privately about a road contract that was done with Edo state funds.

The various acts of fraud by Engr Ferguson Enabulele started when he was at Edo Seefor where the contract for the road leading to his house and hotel Aibelagbe street at Isihor was awarded by Seefor and was equally awarded at the Ministry and only recently, the same contract was equally awarded to a company he fronts with additional work making it three times same road will be awarded.
