According to Ireporter Online, Nigerian socialite Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Chiefpriest, has reportedly agreed to undergo a DNA test to determine his relationship with an alleged Kenyan son.

The child’s mother, Helen Ati, claimed she met Chiefpriest during a visit to Nigeria, which led to a brief intimate relationship and her subsequent pregnancy. She has consistently maintained that the boy is Chiefpriest’s and publicly demanded a DNA test to confirm paternity.

Chiefpriest, however, has repeatedly denied ever meeting Helen or being involved with her. Despite this, Helen announced on her Instagram page on Thursday that Chiefpriest has finally consented to the DNA test, posting, “Finally, Pascal Okechukwu is going to do DNA.”

In a separate development, Chiefpriest commented on the southeast’s political alignment with President Bola Tinubu, suggesting it could facilitate the release of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Nnamdi Kanu. Speaking in reaction to a video of the Igwe of Ezema Olo, Lawrence Agubuzo, appealing directly to the President in Abuja, Chiefpriest stated that confronting the Federal Government would be futile. He shared the video on his Instagram page, endorsing the monarch’s intervention.
