I Went Seven Months Without Eating – Actor Ogogo Reveals Battle With Life-Threatening Illness
Veteran Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, has opened up about a life-threatening illness that brought him to the brink of death. According to reports, Ogogo revealed that he was diagnosed with a severe ulcer, an ordeal that left him unable to eat for seven months.
In an interview with Feel Right News TV, Ogogo credited actress Remi Surutu for helping him recognize the warning signs of his condition. While on a movie set, Ogogo experienced extreme weakness, forcing him to pause filming. Surutu noticed his distress and suggested that he might be suffering from an ulcer.
Following her advice, Ogogo visited the hospital, where doctors confirmed the diagnosis. He recounted the harrowing experience, noting that any attempt to eat led to vomiting blood, making the period especially traumatic.
Ogogo expressed deep gratitude for surviving the ordeal, attributing his recovery to divine intervention. He vowed to continually give thanks to God for his life and health, highlighting the fragility and value of life.
