How Don Jazzy Realized Ayra Starr Was Destined For Stardom
According to Ireporter Online, Mavin Records founder Don Jazzy has recounted the exact moment he became convinced that singer Ayra Starr was destined for stardom.
Speaking during a podcast interview on Creatorium, Don Jazzy said he discovered the singer and immediately recognised her unique talent and potential.
He noted that it did not take long for him to make up his mind about her abilities, stressing that her performances stood out from the beginning.
Don Jazzy further explained that what caught his attention were several covers of the singer performing songs originally done by 2Face Idibia, which he described as particularly impressive.
According to him, Ayra Starr brought a fresh and distinct presence into the music scene, adding that it felt like “a new character had been unlocked” that had never been seen before.
