Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, has spoken about his wealth and ownership of four private aircraft, insisting that none of the planes was purchased with funds belonging to the church.

According to IReporter Online, Oyedepo made the remarks while speaking about wealth creation and the importance of pursuing legitimate means of achieving financial success.

The cleric explained that although it took him some time to afford his first new car, his journey into aviation began much earlier.

Reflecting on his financial journey and assets, Oyedepo said he had never taken money from the church to acquire any of his aircraft.

He stated that he currently has four planes and uses whichever one is available whenever another requires maintenance or develops a fault.

Oyedepo also used the opportunity to advise people seeking financial success to avoid questionable or destructive means of making money.

The Living Faith Church founder specifically warned against drug-related activities and betting as avenues for building wealth, urging his audience to pursue more sustainable and legitimate sources of income.

He emphasised that wealth acquired through what he described as vanity or questionable shortcuts would not last.

His comments have attracted attention, particularly his disclosure about owning four private aircraft and his assertion that church funds were not used to purchase them.

The remarks have also reignited conversations about wealth creation, financial discipline and the sources of wealth of prominent religious leaders in Nigeria.
