Benin City: Sisters abandon the body of dead mother in room 9 days after she died
Two elderly women reportedly left the decomposing corpse of their 78-year-old mother in their Benin City apartment instead of taking her to the mortuary 9 days after her death.
The deceased’s daughters, Theresa Zuibaru and Grace Osagede, who are between the ages of 58-60 disclosed that they didn’t tell anybody about their mother’s death because the Lord instructed them not inform anybody.
It was gathered that foul smell from their apartment pushed neighbors into forcing themselves into their apartment, after which they discovered the decomposing corpse.
The owner of the house arranged an ambulance which conveyed the corpse out of the apartment.
