In his New Year Message, he acknowledges the diverse economic, political, and social challenges faced throughout the year but highlights that, by the grace of God, these hurdles have been overcome as the new year dawns.

Governor Mohammed conveyed his message through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado, on Sunday, emphasizing the collective strength of the people in facing economic downturns, ecological disasters, and security challenges. He attributes their resilience to their trust in God, reinforced through collective prayers.

As the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Governors’ Forum, Governor Mohammed recognizes the financial constraints but underscores his administration’s commitment to delivering democratic dividends to the people of Bauchi.

Despite limited funds, the administration has made strides in various sectors, including Roads Reconstruction, Mass Housing, Urban Renewal, Education, Agriculture, Economic Empowerment, and Youth Development.

Expressing gratitude for the renewed mandate given to him, Governor Mohammed pledges to elevate performance standards by intensifying consultation, stakeholding, and community engagement in the service of the people.
