Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a significant reduction in the ex-depot price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol, cutting N30 from the previous price.

The new price will be N820 per litre, down from N850, effective August 12, 2025, according to iReporter Online.

This price adjustment reflects the company’s continued effort to ease the financial burden on Nigerian consumers amid rising economic pressures.

The refinery emphasized that this move is part of its “unwavering commitment to national development,” assuring Nigerians that it remains dedicated to providing a consistent and uninterrupted supply of petroleum products.
