BREAKING: Presidential Election Tribunal Fixes Date To Deliver Judgement On Atiku, Obi, APM’s Petitions
The Presidential Election Tribunal in Abuja is scheduled to deliver its judgment on the petitions challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday, September 6.
This announcement comes after the tribunal merged the petitions submitted by various political parties earlier in the year and set the trial schedule.

The tribunal had also reserved judgment on petitions filed by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, with the intention to deliver the verdicts on the same day as Peter Obi of the Labour Party.
It’s worth noting that the tribunal recently clarified that it had not fixed September 16 for the judgment, as previously reported.
