BREAKING: What Appeal Court Just Did To Sanwo-Olu’s Election
The Court of Appeal in Lagos has upheld the tribunal’s judgment, affirming the victory of Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Obafemi Hamzat as the Governor and Deputy Governor of Lagos state.
In a unanimous decision, the justices of the Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on grounds of lacking merit.
The judgment was delivered by Justice Yargata Nimpa, Justice Samuel Bola, and Justice Paul Bassey.
