1. France: President Tinubu attended the New Global Financing Pact Summit in Paris in June 2023, focusing on Nigeria’s economic growth.

2. United Kingdom: Shortly after the summit, he visited London for discussions with former President Muhammadu Buhari in late June 2023.

3. Guinea Bissau: In July 2023, President Tinubu participated in the 63rd Ordinary Session of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government in Guinea Bissau, where he was elected chairman of ECOWAS.
