Davido’s Wild Nights Exposed: Brought 100 Guys To African Shrine, Never Paid ANairaAfrobeats singer Seun Kuti recently shared his frustration over not receiving an invitation to Davido’s wedding, revealing that the snub deeply affected him. In an episode of ‘Curiosity Made Me Ask,’ hosted by Bae U Barbie, Kuti admitted he was so hurt by the omission that he couldn’t sleep for a week.

Kuti expressed his disappointment, pointing out that Davido and his crew used to frequent his family’s bar at the African Shrine, drinking for free. “Davido would come to the African Shrine with 100 guys, and he would drink without paying, but when it was time for his wedding, I didn’t get an invite. I was pained, I didn’t sleep for a week,” Kuti shared.

In addition, Kuti made some bold claims regarding historical events. He alleged that the annulment of the 1993 presidential election was due to a money dispute between former Head of State Ibrahim Babangida and MKO Abiola. He also suggested that journalist Dele Giwa’s assassination was tied to his plan to expose a powerful Nigerian drug dealer, further alleging that high-profile figures in Nigeria were involved in the drug trade.
