Nollywood actress Adebimpe Oyebade, popularly known as Mo Bimpe, has reacted angrily to a social media post alleging paternity fraud involving one of her children, warning that she may pursue legal action against the individual behind the claim.

According to Ireporter Online, the actress expressed her displeasure after a user on X, identified as @iam_Mardiyyah, shared a post claiming that her husband, actor Lateef Adedimeji, had allegedly initiated divorce proceedings over questions surrounding the paternity of their triplets.

The social media user alleged that a hospital in Ilorin had raised concerns after rejecting Lateef’s blood donation for one of the babies, claiming that the situation reportedly led to a DNA test.

The post further alleged that the test showed the actor was not the biological father of the children, a claim that has not been confirmed by the couple or any official source.

Reacting to the allegation through her Instagram Story on Tuesday, Mo Bimpe condemned the report, describing it as false and unacceptable, especially because it involved her children.

The actress stated that she had endured online attacks from trolls over the years but would not tolerate anyone spreading fabricated stories involving her family.

She warned that she would take appropriate legal steps against those responsible for spreading what she described as harmful and untrue information.

“It’s the nerve to post fake/AI pictures together with fabricated lies for me! Such effrontery,” she said.

Mo Bimpe’s reaction comes amid growing concerns among public figures over the spread of unverified claims and misleading content on social media platforms.
