Oghenerrhoro further explained that he has carefully looked at the political credentials of all the candidates gunning for the Delta governorship seat in the coming general elections and that only Senator Ovie Omo-Agege has demonstrated capacity and genuine interest towards rebuilding the State.

Paleke, as he is fondly called, said voting for the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP candidate, Sheriff Oborevwori, is like extending the tenure of Okowa and prolonging the sufferings of Deltans.

Hon. Oghenerhoro said he prefers the general interest of Deltans above his personal monetary gains, hence he has decided to resign his membership of the PDP as well as his appointment as Senior Special Assistant,SSA from the Okowa-led administration.

He assured Deltans that he will work with several others to bring more hands and resources towards rescuing the State and placing it on a progressive lane.
