Disgraceful Death As Reverend Commits Suicide After Leaks On Church’s WhatsApp Group (PHOTOS)

A Christian clergyman from the United Methodist Church, identified as Oscar Mukahanana, reportedly took his own life following the exposure of an adultery scandal within the church’s WhatsApp group.

Reverend Oscar Mukahanana, who served as the District Superintendent at the Harare East District in Zimbabwe, engaged in an illicit relationship with a young woman from the church.

It was reported that an audio recording of his private interaction with the woman was leaked on the church’s WhatsApp group.

In the recording, he expressed his intense excitement after meeting the lady and mentioned that they had an intimate encounter before her menstrual cycle.

Following the leak, members of Mukahanana’s church began sharing the conversation, subjecting him to ridicule and mockery. Local media even created memes, further deriding the District Superintendent over the adultery scandal.

Overwhelmed by the humiliation and shame, Mukahanana tragically took his own life on Friday.

In response to the incident, the UMC Harare District released a statement, expressing deep sorrow over the untimely passing of their esteemed District Superintendent, Rev. Oscar Mukahanana of the Harare East District. They mentioned that further details and funeral arrangements would be communicated by the Office of the Bishop. The church also requested its members to offer support to the grieving Mukahanana family through prayers.
