Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has appointed renowned Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson as his Special Adviser on Public Engagement and Advocacy. The development was confirmed in a statement released on Thursday by Umar Musa Ikhilor, Secretary to the Edo State Government, according to Ireporter Online.
