Turkish champions Galatasaray have intensified their pursuit of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, submitting a renewed €75 million offer to Napoli in a bid to seal a permanent transfer deal.

The offer includes a revised payment structure, with €40 million to be paid immediately and €35 million spread across agreed installments. Crucially, the Turkish club has also provided bank guarantees, a gesture aimed at reassuring Napoli of the deal’s financial credibility.

This development was disclosed by reputable transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano via his verified X (formerly Twitter) account.

“Galatasaray submit new proposal to Napoli for Victor Osimhen after €70m rejected! The Turkish club now offers €75m with €40m immediate payment and €35m in installments, with bank guarantees as key point again. Decision up to Napoli once again,” Romano posted.

The Italian club is yet to respond to the latest proposal, following an earlier €70 million offer that was turned down.

Osimhen, who has been a focal point in Napoli’s attack and remains one of Europe’s most sought-after strikers, continues to attract top clubs despite uncertainties about his next destination.

With Galatasaray returning to the table with improved terms and financial assurances, the final decision now rests with Napoli’s management.
