In a swift move following his inauguration, Okpebholo had nominated Ikhilor and Osagie, with the Edo State House of Assembly promptly screening and confirming Osagie’s appointment within 24 hours.

At the swearing-in ceremony, Governor Okpebholo urged his new appointees to work diligently, emphasizing his commitment to prioritizing the needs of Edo’s citizens.
