Heartbreaking News: Naira Falls To Record Low – Citizens Demand Government Action
At the close of trading on Friday, the Naira stood at N1631.21 per dollar, down from N1541.94 recorded on September 30, 2024. This represents a significant drop of N89.27 within the week.
Despite experiencing mixed movements of gains and losses, the Naira predominantly depreciated in the official market during this period. However, in the black market, it showed some improvement, gaining N30 to close at N1670 per dollar, compared to the N1700 rate earlier in the month.
