A viral video captured the emotional moment as she arrived at her father’s office, elegantly dressed in a blue chiffon top and a red skirt, carrying a gift bag, heart-shaped balloons, and a special card.

Handing him the card, she sweetly said, “This is from me to you. I have a card for you, and you have to open it to see what’s inside.”

Inside the card was a simple but deeply moving question:
“Dear Daddy, would you be my Valentine?”

Visibly touched, Governor Eno read the message aloud, broke down in tears, and enthusiastically ticked the “Yes” box, repeating his answer four times before embracing his daughter tightly.
