The commissioning of the centre formed a key highlight of events marking the 100th day in office of Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba as the college’s provost.

In a goodwill message delivered on his behalf by Deputy Governor, Comrade Joel Salifu, Governor Ododo praised Dr. Fashagba’s pragmatic leadership, describing him as a visionary who has already set the college on a new trajectory of growth and excellence.

He also drew attention to the poor road network within the school, which remains a top priority.

The provost appealed for the implementation of promotion arrears for college staff and advocated for the swift passage of a bill at the State Assembly that would enable the college to award both NCE and degree certificates—an expansion he believes is crucial for accommodating more students.
