According to Ireporter Online, Big Brother Naija Season 4 winner Mercy Eke has stirred widespread reactions after revealing that she would prioritise wealth over fame. In a recent interview with media personality Odira Ndubuaku, the reality TV star stated that she would willingly exchange her celebrity status for $2 billion, adding that such wealth would allow her to secure luxury living, including an island home, and provide comfortably for her family. She further noted that fame without financial stability holds little value to her and suggested she would not hesitate to step away from public life if offered the right financial opportunity, including giving up her social media presence.
In other developments, fellow BBNaija winner WhiteMoney also generated online reactions after making critical remarks during a TikTok live session, where he commented on Mercy Eke and Maria Chike Benjamin.
