I’m Not A PDP Member – Buba Galadima

Mr Buba Galadima, a known critic of the Muhammadu Buhari Administration has denied ties to the nation’s largest opposition party, PDP.

Galadima, who is a former member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, stated that he has no affiliations with either the APC or PDP. He made this revelation during a recent Webinar organized by the Premium Times Centre for Investigative Journalism(PTCIJ).

He stated that he should be addressed as the National Chairman of the Reformed All Progressives Congress, APC.

“I want to make the biggest correction, I am not, I am not a member of the PDP. I am not. I am the national chairman of the breakaway rAPC and I remain so,”.

“I want the nation to know that very soon, Nigeria will hear from us in the political environment with a big bang.”

He also condemned the internal democracy in both parties adding that there was an urgent need to address issues of electoral reform in the country.

Galadima, a former national secretary of the Congress for Progressive Change, CPC, made headlines in 2018 when he announced the break-away of his faction from the APC, which was embroiled in a deep crisis at that time.
