IPOB’s Sit-At-Home Order Paralyses Owerri (Photos)
Commercial activities moved at a slow pace on Monday in Owerri, the Imo state capital as residents stayed indoors in compliance with the sit-at-home order declared by the Indigenous People of Biafra.
A source who monitored the situation around town reports that public and private offices, including banks, schools and markets were shut.
